Cork Chinese School is located in Cork, the second largest city in
Ireland. It was established in April 2018. It is an officially
registered non-political, non-religious and non-profit social
welfare school organization. The school was initiated and funded by
the Cork Chinese Business Association, and was established under the
leadership of social welfare professionals (volunteers). The school
organization structure includes the school board, the teacher
committee and the parent committee. The first and current
chairman/principal of the school board is Dr. Guangbo Hao
(volunteer). The school management consists of the executive
principal, the dean and the teaching secretary.
The school adheres to the development direction of
"professionalization, systemization, internationalization, and
elitism", adheres to the school motto of "learning, interrogation,
careful consideration, discernment, and perseverance", and practice
the concept of "student-centered, teacher-supported,
system-standard, and facility-guaranteed"; Committed to the
promotion and publicity activities of Chinese language and culture
education, and dedicated to providing the best quality Chinese basic
(grade one to six) teaching services for school-age children in Cork
and surrounding areas.
The school has carefully studied the nature and characteristics of
overseas Chinese education, and made reference to relevant research
results, and has formulated a targeted basic syllabus and plan from
grade one to grade six. We hope that after one or even six years of
study, our children will not only make breakthroughs in basic
listening, speaking, reading and writing, but also lay a good
foundation for the Irish Chinese college entrance examination after
2022.
The language teaching classes currently offered by the school
include: Chinese Pinyin class, first grade class, second grade class
and fourth grade class; cultural interest classes include:
traditional martial arts, Tai Chi, children's painting, sketch
painting, watercolor painting, facial sculpture and so on. The
follow-up will gradually expand to other subjects and courses.

科克华文学校位于爱尔兰第二大城市科克市，成立于2018年4月，是一所正式注册的非政治、非宗教和非盈利的社会公益办学组织。学校是由科克华人商会发起并资助，在社会公益专业人士（志愿者）的领导下成立的。学校组织架构包括校董会、教师委员会以及家长委员会。学校首任以及现任校董会主席/校长为郝广波博士（志愿者）。学校管理下设执行校长，教务长和教学秘书。
学校秉持“专业化、系统化、国际化、精英化”的发展方向，坚守“博学、审问、慎思、明辨、笃行”的校训，践行“以学生为中心，以教师为支撑，以制度为规范，以设施为保障”的理念；致力于中国语言文化教育的推广与宣传活动，竭诚为科克以及周边地区适龄儿童提供最优质的汉语基础（一至六年级）教学服务。学校认真研究了海外华文教育的性质和特点，参考相关研究成果，有针对性地制定了从一年级到六年级的基础教学大纲和计划，希望我们的孩子经过一年甚至六年的学习，不仅在基本的听说读写上取得突破，还能为2022年之后的爱尔兰汉语高考奠定良好的基础，为孩子将来踏入激烈竞争的社会做准备。
学校目前开设有语言教学类的汉语拼音班、一年级班、二年级班和四年级班；文化兴趣类的传统武术、太极、儿童画、素描画、水彩画、面塑等；后续会逐渐拓展到其他学科和课程。
